The first dragons were little more than large, savage reptiles with greenish scales, claws, teeth, wings, and tails. It was not until the ascention of Kaima that they were granted intelligence. When the dragons began to develop their personalities, their coloration and abilities changed, molting into their new forms. Ameadaeus was hatched from one of the first clutches of red dragons.
