This nation remained neutral in the conflict between Veralyde and Neyrdor until Veralyde was compromized. The reagents of the three principalities sent their forces into Neyrdor and slew their emperor. They then rallied the remnants of human civilization and made an exodus to the north. The only ones to stay behind to face the invading monstrous hordes were the people of Xeal. They, along with the human barbarian tribes of Njordfeld and the gnomes of the Hoarspine, were able to repel the monsters attacks and drove them into the wilderness. It had three provinces, each ruled by a Xar (tsar).
