Deities

Page history last edited by axcalibar 3 mos ago

The four creator gods of Heroshi are the most powerful deities. Ameadaeus rose to the ranks of greater deity due to his unrelenting desire for power, yet he is not yet as powerful as the four. Lesser beings can ascend to godhood by reward of an existing deity or deities, killing a demigod, or by "rite of ascention" (which involves gathering worshipers and creating a relic, among other tasks). Mortals cannot harm gods, but can harm and kill demigods. It's just really difficult. Gods are active in the world, but generally don't interfere in mortal affairs unless it suits their business. Usually they send agents to aid those who call upon them; outsiders such as inevitables, angels, devils, demons, archons, and guardinals are common choices. While deities powers are enhanced by having faithful worshippers, it is not required to remain deific.

He could be nudging his way into Bard worship. After all, if you look at his portfolio, you'll see he likes being (or at least telling himself that he is) the main character, and he's all about encouraging stories and lore.. Oh and he had like 30 ranks in perform.. MUST MANEUVER TO INTERMEDIATE. *cackle*
