The Heroshim were the original race of Heroshi from which all later races arose. They were short, stocky, and had large heads.

Humans - Bodies increased in height and heads decreased in size.

Halflings - Bodies grew thinner and heads decreased in size.

Giants - As humans but greater increase in overall size.

Elves - As humans but slightly shorter and thinner, and tapered ears.

Gnomes - As halflings but slightly taller.

Dwarves - Moderate overall increase in body size and smaller head.

It was Aleria and Vilhan's influence that gave rise to elves and dwarves respectively, Feal to gnomes, and Gohdas to halflings, giants (including ungiants), and humans.
