MobMilitary Unit [WiP]
Size: Large to Colossal Space: 20 ft. for Gargantuan, 30 ft. for Colossal Reach: By Weapon and race Hit Dice: 30 for Gargantuan, 50 for Gargantuan. The type of die is based on race or class. Reducing a mob to 0 hp breaks it up. If lethal force was used, assume 1/3 casulties, 1/3 disabled, and 1/3 routed. Initiative: Based only on Dexterity bonus. Speed: 10 ft. slower than the base creature. AC: As the base creature -4 for Gargantuan and -8 for Colossal BAB: As the base creature and class Attack: Units may attack every target within its space. Damage is 5 x the dice of the weapon used + Str bonus. See below for ranged attacks. Special Attacks: Missile Volley (Ex) A unit equipped with ranged weapons may target an area of the same size as the mob. Any within that area must make a reflex save against the mobs attack roll to take half damage. Special Qualities: Mob Anatomy (Ex) A unit must occupy the same space as a target to make melee attacks (or be within 5' with reach weapons). Moving into opponents spaces provokes an attack of opportunity. Vulnerability to Area Attacks (Ex) Any attack that covers at least 50% of the Unit's space deals 50% more damage. An attack that covers the units entire space deals double damage. CMB: BAB + 12 for size and modified by Strength. Saves: As a 30 or 50 HD creatures of the creature type or class Ability Scores: As the base creature Skills: As the base creature, not its mob HD. All skill checks get +2 circumstance bonus as if aiding another. Feats: As the base creature. plus Bull Rush and Improved Overrun CR: As base creature +6 (subject to playtesting)
