Capitol of the Empire, home of the Temple of Drand. A sprawling city with towering structures, built around the ruins of the dwarven citadel, Ruhn Muir. Dwarven slaves were forced to build many structures during the city's inception, but these dwarves escaped in a great uprising led by Oin Stoutbeard. Those dwarves journeyed north to a mountain chain on the mainland and established Oinshelm. The remainder of the structures were finished by humans but mimicked the dwarven style of architecture. Solanthus is an imposing and impersonal city, where an individuals rights are frequently stomped on for what the emperor insists is best.
