The Ultimate Combat Playtest is upon us. Our world is dying! Okay, perhaps not.
Preview on Google Docs. You're welcome.
The new PC races are under consideration. All I'll say right now is that Dhampir is definitely in. I'm not implying they're common or anything, but just available. Also, I will personally stake anyone who plays a character named "Arucard"
Also, I received my copy of Bestiary 2. I like it and look forward to running many of these creatures, including some that I dismissed in 3e. For instance, the athach, which in PF comes across as frightening and dangerous. In 3e... it was the dumb looking giant with the pig shoulder pad.

OGL content from the Advanced Players Guide and Gamemastery Guide have been added to the PRD!
Oh, and Magus/Eldrich-Knights dominate.

The list of creatures for the Bestiary 2 is here. Paizo made a poster with all of them pictured. Hold CTRL and use the mouse wheel to zoom in. Awesome: Cacodaemon straight outta Doom, neutral dragons based on nature (brine, cloud, crystal, magma, & umbra), and a Mithral Golem that looks like Robo from Chrono Trigger.

Ultimate Magic Playtest Part 2 is out. Here it is on Google Docs.
Tuesday, September 21, 2010 The open playtest for Ultimate Magic began Monday with this free download of the Magus class. He is a spell slinging bad@$$! On the right here (with the white mage... I mean ethnic mage... I mean oracle) is the iconic magus Selyel... Selteyl... Saltyel... let's just call him Alucard. They have cleric BAB progresssion, 6 levels of spells, imbue their weapon with magic (including special qualities), can deliver touch spells with a weapon strike, and can fight "two-weapon-style" with spell and sword. At 19th level they can call their weapon to them no matter where the weapon currently is or teleport themself to it. Overall, I think it has some great possibilities.
EDIT: Here are some good points on the playtest board.
3.5 to Pathfinder Changes
Incorporeal (Ex) An incorporeal creature has no physical body. It can be harmed only by other incorporeal creatures, magic weapons or creatures that strike as magic weapons, and spells, spell-like abilities, or supernatural abilities. It is immune to all nonmagical attack forms. Even when hit by spells or magic weapons, it takes only half damage from a corporeal source. Although it is not a magical attack, holy water can affect incorporeal undead. Corporeal spells and effects that do not cause damage only have a 50% chance of affecting an incorporeal creature. Force spells and effects, such as from a magic missile, affect an incorporeal creature normally. read more
